Summary: After changing resolv.conf signaling httpd doesn't
                    pick up the changes
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.2.3
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: m.miller@f5.com

Patch to add a call to res_init.

We use SIGUSR1 to tell Apache to pick up config changes. After adding
nameservers to our resolv.conf we signaled Apache, but it didn't pick up the
changes.

Attached patch fixes it for Linux.
