HI,

i experienced the same problem with the apache2-utils package version
2.2.16-1ubuntu3.1 installed on my maverick machine.
I get the following output from ab:
This is ApacheBench, Version 2.3 <$Revision: 655654 $>

I haven't check the newer versions of ab, since i haven't got a system ready to
build apache on my own. Is there any progress on this issue?

Regards,
Andreas
