This is an anecdote, not a bug report.  No evidence of a bug, just your
suspicion of what was going to happen.  Not even a meaningful anecdote, without
details of what was used to upload something, and what was uploaded.

If you have serious suspicions of a breakin through apache, please email the
security @ httpd.a.o list with details.  But just uploading something
suspicious is not evidence of a bug!
