This was originally bug 48298 but was lost in issues.a.o data loss on
2009-11-26/27 and re-created from the archives.

This was originally attachment ID 24630 that was lost as part of the
issues.apache.org data loss on 2009-11-26/27.

Note that this attachment ID has since been re-used.

Testing on SunOS the latest stable release of - apache 2.2.14 - libapreq2 2.12

Apache compiles/tests/installs fine, but libapreq2 fails on "make test":
