Subject DO NOT REPLY [Bug 39079] thread eats 100% CPU, presumably spinning in futex

I'm having the exact same problem, 100% CPU on futex_wait, few times a week.
Not a very busy server, 100k requests a day.

httpd-2.2.11, no cache/proxy, just php5+apc, --with-included-apr
--with-mpm=worker

While not a dealbreaker (made a script to kill such process), it's somewhat
annoying. Sadly I'm not experienced debugger either.
