Subject DO NOT REPLY [Bug 46413] New: Documentation states LogFormat %D tells time taken to serve in microseconds, actual usage would indicate milliseconds

Summary: Documentation states LogFormat %D tells time taken to
serve in microseconds, actual usage would indicate
                    milliseconds
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.2.8
          Platform: PC
               URL: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_log_config.html
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: slehtonen@digitalchocolate.com

Does the LogFormat option %D really indicate the time requests take in
microseconds ?

"%D The time taken to serve the request, in microseconds."

When adding this to our LogFormat with Apache 2.2.8, we can see most of the
requests in the range of 100-300, which would seem more reasonable if they were
milliseconds, not microseconds.
