Nothing that can be relied upon for this purpose. Any current functional
regression tests pass today, and we wouldn't pretend to define the requirements
for something that could be relied on by any number of .htaccess files for such
a long span of time.  There is also the issue of interaction with what
third-party modules or CGI might expect.
