          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P3
         Component: mod_usertrack

This is reply to
/* XXX: hmm, this should really tie in with mod_unique_id */

mod_usertrack have to generate a unique Cookie.
In the current code it uses time in microseconds and remote host.
But if mod_unique_id is enabled, mod_usertrack don't need to generate it.
mod_unique_id generates more unique ID.
