Has this been abandonded?  I'm not a seasoned bug-reporter or reader.

Seeing this issue with 2.2.8 and worker MPM.

Am running at ~200 xactions per second

If I strace -fF -p pid
it shows that it looks to be stuck in futex.

After strace it clears up the problem of consuming 100% of the cpu.

I will probably revert to using pre-fork, although mpm worker was looking nice.
This problem prevents using worker.
