Changes to /etc/resolve.conf are not reflected immediately as one might expect.
 Nor does 'apachectl restart' cause httpd to pick up new DNS servers.  This was
verified by using 'tcpdump' to monitor DNS traffic; PHP scripts relying on DNS
would fail with resolution errors.  Only after running 'apachectl stop' and
'apachectl start' would DNS queries be sent to the correct server listed in
/etc/resolve.conf.
