Summary: mod_cache LoadModule must precede mod_*_cache LoadModule
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.3-HEAD
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: covener@gmail.com

current docs contain the hint that "mod_disk_cache requires the services of
mod_cache.", however it should explicitly state that the LoadModule for
mod_cache must precede the mod_*_cache modules

On many platforms you get a critical error trying to load mod_*_cache ahead of
mod_cache:

err:httpd: Syntax error on line 10 of
/home/covener/SRC/2.2.6/built/conf/testcase.conf: Cannot load
/home/covener/SRC/2.2.6/built/modules/mod_mem_cache.so into server:
/home/covener/SRC/2.2.6/built/modules/mod_mem_cache.so: undefined symbol:
ap_cache_cacheable_hdrs_out

I'm at a loss for how to word the ordering constraint, which should include
accounting for non-DSO builds that failed to include mod_cache altogether.
