We're seeing this problem too. The tomcat configuration works fine with Apache
1.3, but we recently decided to move to Apache2 and it's broken for large files
sent with AJP.

This is with Apache 2.2.4 on gentoo, tomcat 5.5.25, so slightly more up to date
than Brian's case, and it's still there.

This is preventing us moving to Apache2 at the moment...
