Typo in 2. above - I meant:

"(i.e. to set stdin to "NUL" except in single-process
mode)"

Also observed that this patch does not interfere with the new APR behavior re:
not leaking unwanted handles.  rotatelogs.exe works as expected with APR 1.2.10+.
