Replicated on Sol10, Apache 2.2.4.

This bug also affects directories without a trailing filename, but with the 
trailing slash.  The bug is only replicatable when AcceptPathInfo is not set to 
On.

example:

http://foo/bar/ exists.

http://foo/baa will be corrected.
http://foo/baa/ will not.
