Please note that you may be able to see E: as a user so you may see that
E:/Test/Monkey/ is a valid directory but Apache runs as a service. It is often
that service doesn't see the NFS mounted directory what user see that.

Try :
C:> runas /user:Administrator cmd.exe
provide password

C:>dir E:\Test\Monkey\

Can you still view the directory.

Another approach is to write a test service and try to access E:\Test\Monkey\
directory
