It seems that If-Match and If-None-Match in general aren't evaluated properly
when the target does not exist.

For instance:

LOCK /unmapped
If-Match: "*"

should fail with 412, but creates the lock.

Or

LOCK /unmapped
If-None-Match: "*"

should succeed, but fails with 412.
