Thank you so much everyone... actually I did managed to patch the sources I 
had downloaded but I did not post anything here becaus I was not sure that it 
would work for everybody (at least it is still working for what I wanted to 
achieve).

I did it based on what I read about the bug (module is outputing data directly 
to the socket instead of using a filter) and a book a firend borrowed me on 
apache API... (you can guess how ugly it finally gets)

I believe that your new attachement will save time to other people so thank 
you very much again. I will probably try to apply it sooner or later and 
replace my ugly code... It will eventually save me from my own bugs !
