New version of OCSP patch generalising validation check, and including
ssl_ocsp.c file in Visual C++ project

This implements the following validation workflow:

1. if (useOCSP)
   => check OCSP
   => if ( OCSP validation possible ) return status
2. Other online validation checks in the future (LDAP, etc.)
   => check new protocol
   => if ( validation possible ) return status
3. if (crl)
   => check CRL
   => If ( CRL validation possible ) return status
4. If ( forceValidation ) return !ok
5. return ok
