Summary: worker mpm usage of apr's memory pools is not thread-
                    safe
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.2-HEAD
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: PatchAvailable
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: worker
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: davi@haxent.com.br

Move the worker_queue to be created on the child rather than on the worker threads.
Also avoid using the child pool, it's not thread-safe.
