The POST is sent from a javascript (jscript) client (xmlhttp-ajax-type method) 
to the server and collected with PHP 5.2.0.  I assumed that this was a 
function of the web server and not PHP.  Maybe I'm wrong, but PHP 5.2.0 worked 
with an older version of the apache server.
