This configuration of ldap doesn't have a baseDN so this what I can do.
I tried writing a script in perl and I can query if the user is in this list.

This ldap doesn't have any authentication by user name or password.
I need it only to verify that the user performed a sign op of a document. This 
ldap can provide me this information.
