Bugzilla is for tracking bugs in the apache source code, not for resolving 
configuration issues.  Try users@httpd peer-to-peer support list and do not reopen
this incident.

Read the first paragraph of;

if you have any question why your operating system is now officially ignored by
the Apache HTTP Project.
