Well if you can determine that this happens with PHP compiled with Visual C 6.0,
linked using /MD (multithread dll c runtime) or only Visual C > 6.0, we might be
on to something.

It's a question of if this is a PHP bug, or a memory management flaw resulting
from the c runtimes in use.
