I run httpd as a webserveruser and not as root thank you.  Yes I will as for
this bug to looked into as the workaround solution is not viable.  This is an
admission of failure saying that Apache 2.2.X is limited to working well on some
Unixes but not others.  As I said a critical bug that can stop the Web Server
from working properly introduced in Apache 2.2.X and not present Apache 2.0.X .
