"it doesn't work, see the list archives" is not a useful bug report, marking
INVALID.  There were many fixes for use of out-of-tree APR/APR-util in the
2.2.0/APR 1.0 releases, it may be whatever historical problems they had have
been fixed by now.  If not then we need actual bug reports not just "it doesn't
work".
