           Summary: Issue with "LoadModule php5_module
                    “C:/PHP/php5apache2.dll” "
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.0.58
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: blocker
          Priority: P2
         Component: support
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jay@quedge.com

I extracted the php-5.1.4-Win32.zip package from php.net to c:\PHP and installed
apache_2.0.58-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi from the Apache site.
I also set my Path variable to point to C:\PHP.
I copied the php5ts.dll to the Apache2 directory under Program
Files Copied the php.ini file to c:\Windows
                          Copied php5apache2.dll to c:\windows\system32
Made changes to httpd.conf file (Attached)
But when i start apache I get this error :

Syntax error on line 174 of C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/conf/httpd.conf:
Invalid LoadModule path \x93C:/PHP/php5apache2.dll\x94
Note the errors or messages above, and press the <ESC> key to exit

Please advise on what I could be missing here
