I have the same problem on Win2K servers, PHP 4.3.11.

The erealloc/emalloc fatals occurs when I put Win32DisableAcceptEx config
directive in httpd.conf. When I comment it, no more erealloc/emalloc occurs in
the logs, but the warnings described above.

So it seems to be a memory leak when using the old Accept primitive or something...
