I hope that is just a joke.

First: People out there may not use our trademark without written permission.

Second: Why? Why? Why another module? The easy way would be to put it into the
icons directory and alias it from there.

Third: More technical: Overspecified array sizes are just bad, like in
apache_favicon[APACHE_FAVICON_BYTES] = { all values }

So if this actually wasn't a joke: I didn't hear the lightning talk and cannot
imagine the reasoning. Such a decision has to be done on dev@ anyway, and I'm -1
on this module.
