Summary: 'include virtual' not working when there are more than
                    255 byte to include.
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.2.0
          Platform: Sun
        OS/Version: SunOS
            Status: NEW
          Severity: regression
          Priority: P2
         Component: mod_include
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: blogarithme@gmail.com

SUMMARY:
I was running Apache 2.0.52 . Yesterday I upgraded to 2.2.0 and all 'include
virtual' stop to work. After some investigations if found that 'include
virtual' is only working if the file to include is less than 256 bytes.

HOW TO REPRODUCE:
The config of my virtual host is very simple:

  AddType text/html .shtml
  AddOutputFilter INCLUDES .shtml
