This is ok but there needs to be a bit more discussion about what to do after
you get openssl built so that you have the bits and pieces in the right spots.
It also looks like some of the files are corrupted in the build with VC 6.

I am far from an expert in these matters but perhaps Openssl needs to be built
outside of scrlib and only some of the bits and pieces that HTTPD needs should
be copied to somewhere that they can be found in the HTTPD build.
