In fact this error doesn't occur IF you use the current, 2003 or later flavors
of the Microsoft ldap headers.  The problem is that if you use earlier versions,
either because of an old SDK, or Visual Studio 6 or .NET 2002 without a modern
SDK, you ALSO will use a totally foobarred version of the wldap32.lib which
points the ordinal entry points AT THE WRONG FUNCTIONS.
