There is no difference in these statements.  There are no crushing problems with
Apache that everyone is busy solving.  It's only adding new features to the bloat.

When the product fails to do the basics properly (log the request) but you're
busy adding cute new features to the bloat, then "developers don't care" is much
more correct and apt for the situation.
