Summary: Back Button Does Not bring back data on HTML forms
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0-HEAD
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: critical
          Priority: P1
         Component: All
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: louis.mascelli@libertymutual.com

EST CASE 1 - the node that works the way we want.
1. Click on url for sorento open page using IE6 (the test works on both nodes
when using firefox)
2. Enter the following information on the login page
	username: test_user
	password: password

3. Click the "Report Item" link on the main menu
4. Fill in the following fields on the "Enter Report Details" form.
	Category: Defect
	Summary: summary text
	Description: desc text
5. Click "Submit Report" button at the bottom of the form
6. Error Message appears stating "a necessary field 'Discovery Period' was
empty..."
7. Click the Back button on the browser.
8. The data previously entered on the "Enter Report Details" form appears
(Category, Summary, Description)

TEST CASE 2 - the node that isn't working the way we want.
1. Click on url for lx-sarah open page using IE6
2. Enter the following information on the login page
	username: test_user
	password: password
3. Click the "Report Item" link on the main menu
4. Fill in the following fields on the "Enter Report Details" form.
	Category: Defect
	Summary: summary text
	Description: desc text
5. Click "Submit Report" button at the bottom of the form
6. Error Message appears stating "a necessary field 'Discovery Period' was
empty..."
8. Click the Back button on the browser and the data previously entered on
the "Enter Report Details" form does not appear. (Category, Summary,
Description)

PROBLEM: We want users to be able to hit the back button and have the
information they previously entered appear. People won't be
happy if they have to re-enter all the data in the form.
