Ok thank you very much and sorry for the heavy copy paste, but how can we deal 
with that (from the hosting provider side, not the developer one) as the 
RLimitCPU does NOT apply to the Apache children themselves ... ? ulimit -t 
maybe ? Can we just kill -9 such a child without consequence for the other 
childs and global apache working ?
