100 requests for the index file:
 ab -c 1 -n 100 http://localhost/
Resulting number of requests: 100. Good.

100 requests for the index file. Concurrency 5:
 ab -c 5 -n 100 http://localhost/
Resulting number of requests: 104. Ack.

The number of actual requests, according to the apache log file, is always:
 number of requests + (concurrency - 1)
for c > 1.
