Your request for /my-alias/test never touches the Alias /test directive.  If you
want it to work, simply add
Alias /my-alias/test /opt/my-alias/test

And yes, you are wasting your time, because no browser old or broken enough to
need the ServerPath directive will be of any use on the modern web.  It can't be
easily removed from apache for backward-compatibility reasons, but I think the
docs warn you pretty explicitly that there is no need for this.
