Environment used:

NetBSD 2.0 and 2.1_RC5.  Apache 2.0.54 (not 2.1), compiled from NetBSD pkgsrc
(see below[*]), with worker MPM and NetBSD native pthreads.  Using mod_cgi for
CGI processes.  Perl CGI applications (external, NOT mod_perl); Perl 5.8.7.

In this configuration, I get Perl child process zombies that are not reaped
unless the same hack used on Darwin is also used for NetBSD (in the attached patch).

[*] The only NetBSD-affecting patches involved in the pkgsrc version of apache2
are attached; three files have changes for cve.mitre.org noted security issues
only (CAN-2005-1268, CAN-2005-2088, and CAN-2005-2491).
