  Actually, this is more likely a problem with Terminal Server and the old
  Apache.  I would be very interested to know if you installed Apache 2.0,
  are these resolved?

  Terminal Server changes the way that global objects are named, and for
  some PHP modules this may cause a problem, for Apache 2.0 it certainly
  did, so we rewrote a number of pieces of the APR (Apache Portability
  Runtime) to handle these discrepancies.
