patch against 2.0.x for core_output_filter

Well if we gave out badges you'd win an "I'm an Apache expert" badge for
tracking down a bug like this ;)

Attached is a patch against 2.0.x to implement what I suggested; don't forget
to revert your apr_brigade_write() change when testing this out.
