I suspect this is a major configuration bug, the configuration is non-trivial,
and ICY isn't a registered HTTP method.

Closing as a bug report, and direct you to the users@httpd.apache.org list where
you can find like-minded users looking for clever ways to accomplish this.  Hint,
you can force the ICY request type by adding it to the known methods list.
