Summary: Apache does not shutdown with "apache -k shutdown" when
running as a console application (not service)
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.54
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: kvasi@grad.com

Apache 2.0.54 does not shutdown with "apache -k shutdown" when running as
console (not service), the following error message is displayed:

[Thu Sep 08 15:02:30 2005] [error] (OS 2)The system cannot find the file
specified. : No installed service named "Apache2".

It seems to think I'm running the server as a service, which I'm not.
"apache -k shutdown" works for Apache 1.3.33.
