Hi Nick,

Thanks for taking time to work on this issue.

I modified the code as per your suggestion by removing EOF check.
I read the CONTENT_LENGTH from env. variable.

int cl = atoi(getenv("CONTENT_LENGTH");
char *buf = new char[cl+1];

fgets(buf, cl+1, stdin);

When I debugged, it is waiting forever in fgets() call.

So, the original bug issue still persists.
FYI - The apache version used : 2.0.54
Is the stdin is closed in this case ?
