Support for NID_userId

This patch introduce new (CLIENT|SRVER)_(S|I)_DN_UserID variable.
Also fix problem with (CLIENT|SRVER)_(S|I)_DN_UID (NID_uniqueIdentifier was
renamed to NID_x500UniqueIdentifier in OpenSSL 0.9.7).
