Windows 2003 server, after applying SP1 and 6/14/2005 security patches.  All 
Apache httpd servers fail to start; were ok before the update.  Many errorlog 
msgs over and over:

errno 10038
.......
[Wed Jun 22 08:53:46 2005] [warn] (22)Invalid argument: select failed with 
errno 10038
[Wed Jun 22 08:53:46 2005] [error] Too many errors in select loop. Child 
process exiting.
