Contact IBM support for issues with IBM HTTP Server.

(Here is a suggestion that may help.  Please contact IBM if it is not
sufficient.  Note that Apache 2.0.47 mod_status had a problem displaying proper
CPU%.  In case your patched level of this Apache-based server doesn't have that
fix, use native tools instead of relying on mod_status.)
