After a few minutes of working, apache freezes and then shutdown, error_log 
contains this lines:

operations
[Thu May 05 15:09:59 2005] [alert] (11)Resource temporarily unavailable: setuid: 
unable to change to uid: 81
[Thu May 05 15:09:59 2005] [alert] Child 14346 returned a Fatal error... Apache 
is exiting!
[Thu May 05 15:09:59 2005] [emerg] (22)Invalid argument: couldn't grab the 
accept mutex
