           Summary: CPU load 100%
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.50
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: All
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: fichetstef@yahoo.com

We are using apache 2.0.50 on Linux Redhat AS3.0 on HP bi-processor computers.
Our apache build is quite light :
core
http_core
mod_mime
mod_mime_magic
mod_asis
mod_access
mod_include
mog_log_config
mod_dir
mod_alias
mod_rewrite
mod_so

After several minutes (around 45) httpd child process take 100% CPU ressources.
Trying to do an strace command on this process shown nothing (process seems to
be freezed). Others computer ressources (disk, network....) are in normal state.
The soft kill didnt work "KILL -USR1" (httpd restart well and the normal child
process also, but not the crazy ones).
