Please don't report such bugs to this db.  We understand that
in all likelihood the problem exists in some level of Apache 
httpd, but please use the vendor bug db to report bugs
in the vendor's httpd and only open bugs in this db if you
can recreate the problem with the Apache httpd which you
got from us.
