yes, i had to restart as this is a live server. will collect the backtraces
again when the server reaches the MaxClients. i am running server with a lowered
MaxClients to reach this status faster (hopefully).

in the meantime, these processes that i collected the backtraces are not started
originally, rather they are started later when new requests arrived. but, these
processes keep running even thought the MaxSpareServers is reached.
