16bit CGI failure

           Summary: 16bit CGI failure
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.52
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: All
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: sirjasonr@gmail.com

This possible bug has affected all versions of apache 2.0.x in that whenever a
CGI I have created and compiled in QBasic is run on the server it returns a
script error. It works on all 1.3.x versions so there should be no errors in the
way that the CGI outputs its data.
